Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, The Vitrine will accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days upon following your receipt of the item. We will fully refund the purchase less shipping costs if the item is in its original state with invoice and no signs of damage. Please contact orders@thevitrine.com the soonest possible to confirm your interest to return the item. You will be responsible for return shipping, including any necessary insurance. Return shipping must be made within another 7 days of notification of return. The Vitrine is not responsible for any lost shipments or damage made in return shipment. Sale items are final sales and thus not returnable.


What information is collected and stored?
When your register with The Vitrine, we collect and store your contact details- billing and shipping information, credit card and expiration date, the order and cost.  This is collected so that the next time you place an order the process is super fast and you don't need to repeat those steps. Your account is password protected and private.

Like many websites we use "cookies." When you first connect to the site the cookie identifies your browser with a unique, random number. The cookies are anonymous and don't share or reveal any information about you but let's us know where our visitors come from, what pages they visit- basic traffic patterns.

What we won't do:
We won't share your contact details with anyone! We will never sell emails to mailing lists or use the information for marketing purposes. It's only stored for your shopping convenience.

Children:
The Vitrine is not geared for children and does not solicit personal information from children or send them requests for personal information.

Can I purchase something without using a credit card online?
Yes! Please email me at info@thevitrine.com and we can set up a time to talk on the phone and take the details that way. We can also do it by pay pal.

FAQs

Orders: Once your order is complete you will receive an email confirming the purchase and a follow up email alerting you to the ship date. Vitrine strives to keep our inventory levels updated to the minute, but should we be out of stock on the item you want, we will immediately alert you and let you know the soonest it will be available. Should you want to order the remaining stock on an item plus additional pieces we can process and ship what is in stock and once the rest of the order is complete, contact you again to process and ship it to you.

Methods of Payment: www.thevitrine.com accepts Visa, MasterCard American Express and Discover cards. Sorry but no checks or money orders can be accepted at this time. www.thevitrine.com has incorporated Interspire payment gateway, a system that has a SSL military grade encryption for payments and account user areas.

If you do not want to pay online with your credit card and prefer to give your information otherwise you can email us at orders@thevitrine.com and leave your order information and phone number where you can be reached. We will call you for your credit card information within 24 hours.

Shipping: We have tried to make this part of the buying process as easy as possible for you. Unless otherwise indicated all of the products will ship out within 48 hours from the United States. We are happy to ship internationally but there will be an added charge depending on the size and weight. You will be notified of the charge before hand if you decide to accept it. Any added customs fees for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer, not Vitrine. Shipping quotes are based on weight of item and desired mode of transport, unless it is being offered free shipping. Should you want an expedited shipping method please email us at orders@thevitrine.com and we can make those arrangements at your expense.

Order Cancellation: Orders for in stock merchandise may be cancelled within 24 hours from checkout for a full refund. Special orders and out of stock merchandise may be cancelled within 2 business days for a full refund. Stock items cancelled after 1 business day and special ordered items cancelled after 2 business days may be subject to a 25% cancellation and restocking fee.

Damage or Defect: If an object is damaged in shipping or defective in any way, please notify us at orders@thevitrine.com or call us at 917-523-5234 or +33.6.98.65.8206 within 48 hours of receipt of delivery to arrange for return. In this case, Vitrine will arrange for return shipment and expenses and we will immediately ship another version or fully reimburse you for the item.

Account/Login: Vitrine invites you to create an account with us to help make future shopping faster and easier. It is certainly NOT required but it eases the process for future purchases, skipping the steps like shipping and billing info if we already have it on file. We will never give the information away. In addition, we will give registered clients advance notice of any sales or special items newly available. You can review, update or cancel your profile whenever you want. This account information, like the payments, are installed with SSL military grade encryption

What if you forget your login or password? No worries. There is an automatic link you can connect to in order to receive it. You can always complete your purchase without it for the time being as well.

Gift Wrap: All items purchased will come wrapped in tissue paper and our logo sticker. We cannot offer special wrapping at this time but hopefully will do so in the future.
